Holiday Express Asbury Park Concert reviews
loved the first 2 acts.still not sure about dave c
I was really impressed by Mohamed and Jon Stewart, both of whom were great in the first 2 acts. When it came to Holiday Express, I was disappointed. First, smoking on the stage is not appropriate or cool, and one person had to leave due to the smoke, which I found disrespectful. Second, I did not understand his jokes or him. His elocution was unclear, and the content was not that funny. The noise in the audience was very loud, with people constantly going in and out of their seats to get drinks. In my opinion, it is very inappropriate and distracting. You pay good money to hear jokes, but you cannot follow them because there is always movement in your row, with people stepping on your feet for 2 hours. I still enjoyed the whole show but left early. For comedy shows, I will not buy tickets in this kind of theater that allows this behavior. Instead, I would rather watch in a small room with a smaller audience or on TV.
